Here it is, a blog post about dog poop. In Paris there is a major problem with dog poop. People don't pick it up. 60 Parisians are hospitalized every year from slipping on poop. Our city is trying to fix the problem...

These are free poop bags! I just grab a dozen or so every week and done!

Ruffly (see what I did there?) translated: Every year there is 60 kg of dog poop on the sidewalks. 

Plessis, and maybe some other suburbs are doing a fine now for not picking it up.... 38€... Are you kidding me. Let's talk triple digits. Also, I have yet to see anyone enforcing this.
